Rypos Announces Leadership Changes

Franklin, Mass., November 16, 2022 – Rypos Inc., a world leader in the design and manufacture of Active Diesel Particulate Filters (ADPFs), has announced changes within its leadership team. Paul Anderson has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, and Una Crowley has been named Chief Financial Officer. Anderson succeeds Peter Bransfield, who will serve as Executive Chairman of Rypos.

Under the leadership of Paul and Una, we are well positioned to be the market leader.”

Anderson joined Rypos as President and General Manager in early 2021. In his new position as Chief Executive Officer, he will handle the day-to-day leadership of the business, guiding the management team and company through the next phase of corporate growth. With more than 25 years in sales, marketing and general management, Anderson brings significant global experience in the United States, Canada, China and Europe. He earned a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration Degree with a focus on Marketing and Finance from York University.

In her new role as Chief Financial Officer, Crowley will expand her current activities to include a focus on operating performance of the company with the goal of achieving improved financial results and efficiencies.  She joined Rypos in 2010 and has more than two decades of experience in finance, working in manufacturing and distribution environments. Crowley also spent five years managing enterprise resource planning implementations for a Dutch software company. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the National University of Ireland.
