Paul Anderson

Chief Executive Officer

Paul joined Rypos as president and general manager in early 2021 before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2022. He handles the day-to-day leadership of the business, guiding the management team and company through the next phase of corporate growth. With more than 25 years in strategic sales, marketing, and general management in the United States, Canada, China and Europe, Paul brings significant global experience to the team. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on marketing and finance from York University.

Una Crowley

Chief Financial Officer

Una joined the Rypos team in 2010, managing finance, IT and human resources at Rypos. With over two decades experience in finance, Una has worked in manufacturing and distribution environments and also spent five years managing ERP implementations for Exact Software N.A. Una has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the National University of Ireland.

William Gajda

Director of Engineering

William brings over 20 years of technical leadership and productization experience to the team, specializing in mechanical systems, Design for Manufacturability (DFM/DFA), and New Product Introduction (NPI). Prior to his executive leadership roles, William transformed the global NERF product category at Hasbro from a $25 million niche into a $500 million plus global brand. He also spearheaded the technical development of autonomous aerial platforms as a lead consultant for a Google-funded initiative, and managed complex hardware productization and engineering pipelines at Macon & Associates. Throughout his career, William has focused on the seamless integration of IoT ecosystems into robust physical hardware and scaling technical operations from concept to mass production. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Computer Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Peter Guzman

Director of Customer Service

Peter joined Rypos in 2009 as Director of Customer Service. In his 35+ years of experience in the diesel power industry, he has held a series of positions in engineering, engineering management, technical service, and product development. He earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Tech University.

Paul Castano

Director of Operations

Paul joined Rypos in 2024 as Director of Operations with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing operations and management. Over the years, he has gained valuable leadership and technical experience with progressive responsibility and skills across multiple industries. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and Manufacturing and Quality Improvement certifications from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Aleck Del Prado

Marketing Director

Aleck joined Rypos’ leadership team in 2022. He has 15+ years of marketing strategies, brand awareness, and management experience in a variety of industries, serving most recently as Marketing Manager for Cleaver-Brooks. Aleck received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management from Florida State University.

Bryan Dusza

Sales Director

Bryan joined Rypos in 2022 as Sales Manager and was promoted to Sales Director in 2024. He brings over 20 years of experience driving sales growth in the power generation industry, including a successful tenure at Nixon Power Services, the largest Kohler Power distributor in North America. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Ian Sines

Research Manager

Ian has been with the Rypos team since 2024. He brings with him over 10 years of research and development experience, specializing in new product development. His work includes semiconductor manufacturing, slurry formulations, antimicrobial coatings, and airborne molecular contamination systems. Ian received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Bridgewater State University and his PhD in Materials Chemistry from Pennsylvania State University.

Peter Bransfield

Executive Chairman

Peter is a serial entrepreneur who has focused his career on helping unique technologies find their role in the commercial marketplace. Prior to his role at Rypos, he was CEO of Applied Analysis, a remote sensing company specializing in supporting military intelligence operations, and founder and CEO of Altair Avionics, which supplied flight-critical data recording and management systems for commercial and military aircraft. A graduate of Lehigh University and frequent speaker to entrepreneurial forums in the Boston area, Peter has served as a board member at several private technology companies.

Stephen Watson

Board Member

Steve Watson is a private investor and founding member of Walnut Venture Associates, concentrating investments in early-stage information technology companies in the New England area.

Murray Beach

Board Member

Mr. Beach is the President of Business Consulting Group. Mr. Beach has over forty-five years of experience in valuing businesses, rendering fairness opinions, providing expert litigation support, and in negotiating, structuring, and closing mergers and acquisitions, financings, strategic alliances, and joint ventures. Over his career, he has closed over 100 M&A transactions and over 100 financings with companies in the Technology, Technology Services, Healthcare, Consumer Products and Financial Services industries. Mr. Beach has testified on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants in many Federal and State Courts on valuation, fairness, and investment banking practices.

Mr. Beach has served on the board of numerous companies and organizations and has advised many companies on their strategic development and direction. He has also served as President of the Connecticut Venture Group and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Technology Council. He earned his CPA in 1983 and is registered as a principal with FINRA. Mr. Beach is a member of the National Association of Certified Business Valuation Analysts, the Institute of Business Appraisers, and the American Society of Appraisers.

Mark Kryder

Board Member

Mark H. Kryder is University Professor Emeritus of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University and previously Senior VP of Research and CTO at Seagate Technology.

Daniel Corcoran

Board Member

Dan Corcoran is a Managing Director at MCRC, providing mezzanine and equity capital to Massachusetts-based manufacturers, distributors, healthcare, technology, and services industries.
